Technical Description
N-847D low-temperature catalyst for NOx removal by ammonia selective catalytic reduction employs non-precious metals as active components and uses NH3 as a reducing agent. Within a certain temperature range, it reduces NOx to nitrogen and water. The catalyst features high activity, long service life, and low cost. With low operating temperature and the capability of regeneration through water washing, it is particularly suitable for tail gas treatment in sodium nitrite-nitrate manufacturing enterprises.

Working Principle
6NO + 4NH₃ → 5N₂＋6H₂O ;
6NO₂ + 8NH₃ → 7N₂+ 12H₂O ;
4NH₃ + 3O₂ → 2N₂ + 6H₂O

Application Areas
It is primarily used for removing NOx from exhaust gases in nitric acid and nitrate plants, as well as from industrial furnace flue gases, purifying harmful NOx in gases to meet national emission standards.
