Cabon dioxide Gas purifier
This purifier adopts the OW process for carbon dioxide purification. The raw carbon dioxide enters the purifier and undergoes the O (catalytic oxidation) process, which utilizes the characteristics of high-temperature noble metal catalysts to convert impurities such as H2,CO,CH4 in the carbon dioxide into H2O and CO2. It then passes through the W (ambient temperature adsorption reactor) to remove impurities such as O2 and H2O. Once the bed is saturated with adsorbate, it undergoes regeneration. The ambient temperature adsorption reactors are designed with one in operation and one on standby, enabling continuous operation.
