Responsible for the inspection of the company's gas purification equipment

2、 Main job responsibilities
1. Equipment inspection execution: Responsible for the factory inspection of gas purification equipment, including performance testing, component sealing inspection, parameter calibration, to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards;
2. Adsorbent compatibility testing: Cooperate with the technical/production department to verify the compatibility of the adsorbent with the equipment, analyze the testing data, and provide a basis for equipment optimization and adsorbent selection;
3. Standard implementation and recording: Follow inspection procedures and industry standards, fill in inspection reports in a standardized manner, ensure data authenticity and traceability, and prevent unqualified equipment from leaving the factory;
4. Abnormal investigation feedback: When problems such as equipment purification not meeting standards or component failures are found, the inspection will be suspended and recorded. Relevant departments will be coordinated to analyze the reasons and track rectification and re inspection;
5. Customer on-site support: Assist customers in the acceptance of on-site equipment installation and commissioning, answer questions, and collect feedback;
6. Inspection equipment management: Responsible for the daily maintenance and calibration of inspection instruments, managing consumables, and ensuring that the precision requirements for trace impurity detection are met.

3、 Qualifications for Employment
1. Educational background: College degree or above, major in mechanical, chemical engineering and process related fields.
2. Work experience: More than 2 years of relevant work experience, familiar with purification technology and key inspection points of equipment core components. Experience in producing purification equipment and familiarity with industry standards are preferred.
3. Professional skills:
(1) Capable of independently operating inspection instruments and mastering gas analysis methods.
(2) Understanding adsorbent knowledge can assist in troubleshooting related abnormalities.
(3) Proficient in organizing data using Excel.
4. Personal qualities: rigorous and meticulous, good communication and coordination skills, able to promote cross departmental rectification.
