2、 Main job responsibilities
1. Full process bidding management: independently or collaboratively complete the full process of procurement activities such as open bidding, invitation bidding, competitive negotiation, and inquiry for various projects;
2. Document preparation: Responsible for the preparation, review, and distribution of the complete set of bidding documents, including tender announcements, tender documents, pre qualification documents, clarification documents, evaluation reports, and award notices;
3. Project organization and coordination: Organize project bid opening and evaluation meetings, responsible for on-site process control, recording and coordination, ensuring that bidding activities are conducted in accordance with laws and regulations and smoothly;
4. Supplier management: responsible for sourcing, negotiating, preliminary qualification review of potential bidders, and maintaining and managing the supplier information database;
5. Communication and Consultation: As the interface person for bidding projects, timely and accurately answer various questions raised by bidders, and maintain good cooperative relationships;
6. Compliance and risk control: Ensure that all bidding activities strictly comply with the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China and the company's internal management system, effectively avoiding operational risks;
7. Archive management: Responsible for collecting, organizing, and archiving all documents after the bidding project is completed, ensuring the integrity and traceability of the archives.

3、 Qualifications for Employment
1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Work experience: Familiar with bidding laws and regulations, as well as the complete bidding process. Candidates with 3 years or more of independent bidding work experience are preferred. Candidates with work experience in bidding agencies are preferred.
3. Professional skills: Holders of relevant professional qualification certificates are preferred.
